No one globally is currently using palm leaf for molded inserts or packaging. Be the first!!!

An open square cosmetic box made from pressed palm leaf shows three blue skincare items arranged inside molded compartments: a small tube, a pump bottle, and a small vial. The matching palm leaf lid is placed slightly to the left of the box, showing the natural wood grain and layered texture. A larger blue cylindrical container rests outside the box at the upper right. The overall presentation emphasizes natural materials paired with sleek blue cosmetic packaging.

Areca palm sheaths are  naturally shed materials.   Each sheath is washed, drained, and then manually molded from a heated metal mold.

The palm sheaths have strong untapped potential as a biodegradable, compostable and visually premium alternative to plastics, thermoformed trays, molded pulp, EPS and foam inserts.  The pieces are heat-pressed using molds.  They take specific shapes suitable for a wide range of secondary packaging needs.

What sets this material apart is its beautiful, wood-like grain.  Every piece is visually one-of-a-kind, something no molded pulp or plastic can replicate. This elevates packaging with a premium natural aesthetic.  And, because the leaves are naturally shed, no trees are ever cut in the process.

Be an early user:

  • Bottle & tube inserts for beauty/cosmetics
  • Protective trays for electronics & accessories
  • Luxury box inserts & limited-edition product holders
  • Beverage bottle carriers and shaped packaging parts
  • Eco-friendly replacements for rigid plastic

Palm Leaf is 100% natural, carbon-negative, rigid and visually distinctive.  Palm leaf is a compelling challenger to molded pulp, PLA, Styrofoam, EVA foam, and thermoformed plastics.
